Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pustak Peth. The following information sets forth our policies with respect to shipping of any ordered products.

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

1.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We currently offer the following shipping methods for orders within India:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (where available)

1.2 International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders above â‚ı500: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below â‚ı500: Flat rate of â‚ı50 for standard shipping
  • Express Shipping: Additional â‚ı100 over standard shipping rates

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

Pustak Peth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in Nashik. If you’d like to pick up your order in person, please select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID when you come to collect your order.

7. Missing/Lost Package Policy

If your order has not arrived and the shipping time has exceeded our normal delivery timeframes, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.

8. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you for the correct address and to arrange re-shipping. Any additional shipping fees for re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pustak Peth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
