At Pustakpeth, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, email us at orders@pustakpeth.com with your order ID and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll share instructions for returning the book.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
• Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Refunds are not applicable on digital downloads, eBooks, or sale/discounted items (unless damaged).

📌 Non-Returnable Items

• eBooks or digital content
• Gift cards
• Books with visible signs of use or damage not caused during transit

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received the wrong book or a damaged one?
No worries! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pustakpeth.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement.
